JOB SUMMARY
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Minimum of recent 2 years of direct sales experience in a banking environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the banking or financial sector. In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends. RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking to hire a Direct Sales Agent for our client a financial institution. The ideal candidates will utilize your recent experience as a direct sales agent in a bank to identify prospect,engage and sell our financial products to potential investors.Duties Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending investment strategies that align with their objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and develop effective sales strategies. Actively promote our diverse range of investment products and services, highlighting their benefits and advantages. Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed investment advice.. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently contributing to the growth of the organization.
