JOB SUMMARY
Required: 3 years sales and business development experience in banking or fintech companiesPreferred: experience delivering on targets, reporting and presentation skillsThis job is perfect for you if you:Enjoy prospecting and coming up with solutions to onboard and convert large-scale customer relationshipsAre a self-starter, take initiative, work collaboratively and can self-manage in ambiguityHave excellent verbal and written communication skills Are excel and numbers-savvy and very detail orientedYou will not enjoy this job if you:Work best in structured, hierarchical settingsRequire clear, pre-set deliverables and constant directionAre used to working with a large team
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitabilitySupport the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segmentsEvaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bankTraining Sales and Marketing Officers on Products and Offerings to improve product knowledge and drive SME loan origination
