JOB SUMMARY

The SME business development manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships to scale up loan origination for the organization.DutiesDrive the initiatives to grow SME portfolio as well as customer acquisition and profitabilitySupport the business to formulate and implement an SME proposition and product development strategy, establishing a core suite of propositions and products for identified segmentsEvaluate features, profitability, and positioning of products and ensure each maximizes customer take-up and commercial reward for the bankTraining Sales and Marketing Officers on Products and Offerings to improve product knowledge and drive SME loan origination
