    • Liaise with ISR and other departments to ensure timely submission of RFPs

    • Escalate issues to supervisor or senior management on pricing, delivery, or other matters
    • Be available to customers to respond promptly to their queries and needs
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through good relationships and prompt responses
    • Assist ISR in achieving their KPIs by monitoring their progress
    • Understand team members' objectives and align synergies to optimize workplace activities
    • Teach, motivate, delegate, and direct the team to promote professional growth
