  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our fish products in the Port Harcourt region.
  • Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the seafood industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the seafood or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
