Saro Agrosciences is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products to retail customers and ensuring they are available and visible across assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a route plan to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential retail customers to drive sales growth.
  • Sell company products to retail outlets and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure products are sold at official company prices and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.

Requirements:
  • OND in Accounts, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Age: 23-35 years.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to speak the local language of the area.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Valid driver's license.
