Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Technical Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a successful history in selling technical products and services, with practical experience in lead generation, deal closure, and driving substantial sales growth. This position plays a crucial role in our company's prosperity, concentrating on broadening our client portfolio and optimizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities to create leads and broaden the client base.
- Create and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure steady sales growth.
- Devis and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
- Establish and maintain enduring customer relationships by grasping their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Utilize deep technical expertise to showcase and elucidate product features and advantages to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections adeptly to secure sales.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals.
- Ensure all sales are profitable and in line with the company's financial goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics.
- Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Offer regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Experience:
- Minimum 4-10 years of hands-on experience in IT technical sales.
- Demonstrated history of lead generation, deal closure, and achieving sales growth/ROI.
- Thorough comprehension of IT products and services, encompassing software, hardware, cloud solutions, and networking.
- Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Capability to influence decision-makers and finalize high-value deals.
- Excellent customer service focus with an emphasis on grasping and fulfilling client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or technical certification is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry engagements.
