JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership, business development, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech, accounting, or financial services sectors. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth, especially in accounting and financial services. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals with accounting agencies and related firms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset. RESPONSIBILITIES

We seek a Connected and experienced Partnership Lead to spearhead our strategic partnership initiatives, focusing on striking partnerships with accounting agencies and related firms. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and manage partnerships that enhance our product offerings, expand our market reach, and specifically augment our capabilities in integrating with accounting practices and financial advisory services. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth. It requires a strategic thinker with a strong network in the accounting and financial services industries and a proven track record in partnership management.Key Duties Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, with a particular focus on accounting agencies and financial advisory firms. Identify key partners in these sectors that can add value to our product ecosystem. Partnership Acquisition: Proactively identify, reach, and engage potential partners within the accounting and financial services sectors. Negotiate and close deals that contribute to our strategic goals, enhance our market position and improve our integration with accounting practices. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership activities, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective partners in the accounting and financial advisory spaces. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partnership agreements perfectly align with our product capabilities, market positioning, and the specific needs of accounting firms and financial advisors. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of partnerships, particularly those with accounting agencies and financial advisory firms, including their impact on revenue growth and market expansion. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends within the financial and accounting sectors, competitor strategies, and potential partnership opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
