General Manager

Join our team as a General Manager - Mechanical Engineering and lead the way in driving business growth, innovation, and excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve production targets, sales growth, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business plans to ensure long-term success and sustainability, providing leadership and direction to all departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including production, maintenance, inventory management, safety, and quality control, ensuring optimal utilization of machinery and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability, monitoring financial performance and developing strategies to meet financial targets.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market penetration, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure high levels of performance and employee engagement, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet the highest standards, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify and rectify non-compliance issues.
- Design and Analysis: Design and analyze mechanical systems and components using CAD software, conducting simulations and tests to validate design performance and reliability.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, design reports, and test plans, collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting and Improvement: Troubleshoot and resolve design issues throughout the product lifecycle, participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, a master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience as a General Manager or related position in an engineering company.
- Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical processes, materials, and project management, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
