Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark Group operating in the Oil and Gas Industry. Established in 1998, the company initially functioned as a staffing agency, providing skilled personnel to the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria.
Over the years, the company has expanded its services and established offices in various locations such as Port-Harcourt, Benin, Lagos, Houston, London, Calgary, Abidjan, Libreville, and Pointe-Noire. The headquarters is based in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The subsidiaries under the Hobark Group provide a wide range of services and expertise, collectively offering Integrated Oilfield Solutions.
JOB SUMMARY
- Minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies or a related Social Sciences discipline is required.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is considered advantageous.
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in office support, secretarial, or administrative roles in a reputable company.
- Possession of a relevant Professional membership certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in software suites like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD on strategic non-core business matters.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business dynamics, company priorities, and MD's goals to carry out duties effectively.
- Track and oversee progress on important discussions, decisions, and assignments to ensure timely responses.
