Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MDs schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, prioritizing and responding to inquiries as needed
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs and summaries as required
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two 2 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when necessary
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
