Exciting Opportunity for Business Development and Sales Manager

  • We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development and Sales Manager. Your main focus will be to drive growth and enhance our market presence for our Oracle, Microsoft, and FinTech Business. Responsibilities include identifying business prospects, creating effective strategies to boost business performance, developing competencies for Oracle, Microsoft, and FinTech solutions, locating potential clients to increase revenue, and fostering partnerships.
  • Your target audience comprises medium-sized and large companies across various industries.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for High-tech products, a solid grasp of enterprise IT solutions and service value chains, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development in the field.
  • You must establish a trustworthy relationship with new clients and position yourself as a thought leader in Enterprise IT.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the technology sector.
  • Certifications: Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent sales certification, Project Manager Professional (PMP), ITIL V4 foundation certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital transformation drivers, cloud platforms, cyber security, and growth-oriented solutions.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in overseeing enterprise sales and solutions, handling Oracle products, business development, and sales management within the tech industry.
  • Extensive experience in strategic advisory, executive relationship management, and driving enterprise sales with commercial partners.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, demonstrating influence and orchestration skills to drive customer-centric solutions.
  • Promotes inclusivity and collaboration, fostering teamwork and cross-departmental alignment.
  • Strong expertise in partner relationship management, solution development, along with outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Embraces a challenger mindset, excels in conflict resolution, and possesses strong follow-through skills.
  • Familiarity with technology platforms and solutions, with a reasonable technical proficiency level; cloud technology background or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Shows entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
