JOB SUMMARY
Education:Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an executivesecretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within amultinational corporation.Trademark Knowledge: Experience managing trademarks, including registration, renewal, and legal compliance.Skills:Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion andmaintain confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Attributes:High degree of professionalism.Ability to work f and as part of a team.Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information for the executive team.Trademark Management: Oversee and manage thecompany'strademark portfolio, including registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks.Communication: Serveas the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and follow-up.Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate executivemeetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.Subsidiary Coordination: Liaise with the management teams of Pacegate Limited, Pacegate Energy & Resources Limited, and Evolve to ensure alignment and support across the organization.Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Event Planning: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences.Preferred Bonus Experience:R & Marketing Support: Experience managing public relations and marketing efforts, including media relations, social media presence, and promotional events.
