Job Summary

  • The Technical Officer will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations related to the battery regeneration process. This includes ensuring the efficiency of regeneration equipment, developing and implementing technical protocols, and supporting the R&D team in improving regeneration methods.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in battery technology, electrochemistry, or a related field, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the battery regeneration process.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of regeneration equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the regeneration process and suggest improvements to enhance performance.
  • Conduct regular testing and analysis of regenerated batteries to verify performance and safety.
  • Document and report any deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions.
  • Train technical staff on the proper use and maintenance of regeneration equipment.
  • Provide technical support to the production team, addressing any technical challenges that arise during the regeneration process.
  • Assist in developing training materials and technical manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all technical activities, including maintenance logs, safety reports, and quality control documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the battery industry or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of battery technology, electrochemistry, and regeneration processes.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and machinery maintenance.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technical procedures and quality control measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to battery handling and regeneration
