JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. Proven 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solid technical background with experience in software development, web technologies, and cloud platforms. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex project environments. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is highly desirable. Passion for fintech innovation and a strong commitment to driving financial inclusion and empowerment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilties Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget estimates. Coordinate project kick-off meetings and facilitate regular project status meetings to track progress and address any issues or risks. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internally and externally. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles to project success. Work closely with technical leads and team members to resolve issues and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary. Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution to minimize project delays and ensure successful project outcomes. Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share feedback and implement lessons learned from previous projects. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and identify opportunities for process improvement.
