JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Empathetic and patient demeanor with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Must reside in Benin City, Nigeria.Fluency in English and any local language is preferred.Gender Preference: Female

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role is based in Benin City, Nigeria, and we prefer female candidates for this position.DutiesProvide outstanding customer service to all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.Assist customers in navigating our products or services, providing accurate information and guidance as needed.Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, striving to exceed their expectations.Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the management team.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security standards, to protect customer information.
