An IT Company with a clear focus in technology enabled solutions and professional services is recruiting for an Office Manager in Abuja

Key Responsibilities

  • To coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
  • For general office duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning petty cash budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.
  • To ensure that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
  • To undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a recognized university
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience as a Professional Driver.
