Human Resources Officer

Objectives:
- To provide reliable human resources/administrative support services.
- To discharge all Human Resources activities and function effectively and efficiently. Keep records and database information for staff in a proactive and cost-effective manner
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Raising of cheque requisition for leave allowance, outstanding salaries, loan request, cash advances and exit benefits
- Preparation of monthly attendance report
- Requisition of HR items from the store
- Schedule interviews
- Follow up on subsidiaries to send their monthly audit report.
- Arrangement of the exited staff files in the KIV room
- Maintaining an efficient filling system
- Facilitate the welfare duty of the department
- Introduce new staff to departments and subsidiaries.
- Ensure the availability of all staff forms and documents leave forms, staff documentation forms etc
- Ensure daily documentation of activities for audit reference
- And any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications:
- A minimum of HND/B.Sc. upper credit from a reputable Polytechnic/University
- 1-2 years proven experience as Human Resource Assistant
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Purchasing, supply and administrative skills
- Analytical and numerical ability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Target driven and result oriented
- Good team player
- People management skills
