About the Role: As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Building pipelines and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing annual sales strategies and goals
  • Leveraging sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborating with sales leaders
  • Developing and implementing new inside sales features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry or related field
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
