JOB SUMMARY

Requirements Over 15 years of experience building solutions and leading development team. Proven experience as a Tech Lead in AI or chatbot projects. Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages. Expertise in NLP techniques, including entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and intent classification. Vennote Technologies is building a next-generation Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence product with a focus on Multimodal and Cross-Channel User Interfaces (phone, web, mobile, etc.) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of our AI-integrated chatbot project. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbot development, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills. This is a senior leadership position and requires individuals who enjoy challenges, prioritize, meet deadlines, and have a collaborative work ethic and teamwork spirit leading our team of developers, Infrastructure architects, data Scientists, Speech Scientists, Conversational experts, Analysts, and Project Managers. An open mind to new technologies, methodologies, challenges, and innovation.Duties Lead a cross-functional team of developers and engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
