Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Lead Nurturing and Follow-up: Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients. Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements.
  • Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences. Keep clients informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote contracts and agreements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate Industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of real estate products and services.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The following KPIs will be used to measure your success in this role:

  • Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and high customer retention rates.
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell Success: Additional revenue generated through upselling and cross-selling.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $100,000, with a commission of 10% and other attractive benefits.
