Bank Teller

Our bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, handling financial transactions with precision and care, and contributing to our reputation as a trusted bank in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Serve customers by managing documents, information, and financial transactions in an organized, efficient, and secure manner.
- Product Awareness: Build awareness of new products and services, and identify customer needs to capitalize on business referral opportunities.
- Teamwork: Work with other tellers as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being prompt, and supporting management as needed.
- Transaction Handling: Handle transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and opening and closing of accounts.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Reconcile cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, and turn in any excess or damaged currency to the head teller.
- Education: B.Sc Accounting or related field.
- Basic Skills: Basic math and computer skills.
- Cash Handling Experience: Cash-handling experience is essential.
- Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
