- This role involves collaborating with various departments to create marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the hospital's services, specialties, and unique value propositions to the target audience, including patients, referring physicians, and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital's services, including specialties, outpatient care, surgical services, wellness programs, and community outreach.
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns digital, social media, print, outdoor, and events to drive patient acquisition and retention, enhance brand awareness, and support service line growth.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences, including patients, physicians, and community stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and patient satisfaction data to inform marketing strategies.
- Public Relations and Media Management: Build and maintain relationships with local media, develop press releases, and manage media inquiries to enhance the hospital's reputation and visibility in the community.
- Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and execute community outreach events, health fairs, seminars, webinars, and other events to promote the hospital's services and engage with the local community.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and provide a measurable return on investment ROI.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clinical departments, administration, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a hospital setting.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation.
