Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Sales Development:
Lead the acquisition of new accounts and the development of existing accounts within the modern trade channel.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our products effectively.Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements to drive sales volume and profitability.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to the modern trade sales team, setting clear objectives, targets, and KPIs.Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing support and resources as needed.Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
Market Analysis and Insights:
Stay abreast of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the modern trade channel.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and process improvement.Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product innovations.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including marketing, finance, supply chain, and product development teams.Coordinate with trade marketing teams to develop promotional materials, merchandising strategies, and trade promotions to drive sales.

Minimum academic qualification of diploma in any discipline2 years of working experience
