Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair AV and HA products, including TVs, sound systems, air conditioners, and refrigerators.
  • Troubleshoot component-level defects on PCBs and panels.
  • Examine complaints, units, and sites to identify faults and provide justification.
  • Manage inventory of used, non-used, and defective parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet productivity targets.
  • Perform product storage and transportation activities safely and securely.
  • Prioritize and complete jobs accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow instructions from the Service Centre Supervisor.
  • Visit customers at their homes.
  • Work under pressure and achieve daily productivity targets.
  • Submit daily reports and operate service jobs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AV Service Board and Cheap set repairing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Will to travel.
  • Resource management experience.
