JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.Software Installation: Install, configure, and update software on employees' laptops, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.Hardware Setup: Set up new employees' laptops with all required software packages and configurations.System Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, escalating to external support when necessary.Network Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.IT Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user guides.Training: Provide training and support to employees on the use of hardware, software, and new technologies.Innovation: Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company's growth.Security: Ensure all IT systems are secure and comply with industry standards and regulations.Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for support and procurement of IT equipment and services.
