Business Development Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth for our Tech courses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the digital products industry, and a deep understanding of the tech education market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, effectively communicating the value proposition of our Tech courses to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the tech education market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
