Microfinance Marketing Officer

Job brief:
Our client (Timbre Investment Ltd) is a Micro-credit Institution based in Ikeja Lagos. We are looking for Marketing/Relationship officers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. The ideal candidates are expected to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidates should be excellent communicators, have good contacts, initiate and build new relationships, work with the marketing teams, and build customer rapport. We also expect them to be strategic thinkers with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. They will ultimately maintain strong relationships with clients to boost the company’s brand and profits in the long run.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with customers and clients.
Assisting with generating new business
Identifying opportunities for greater profits
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
The required qualities/skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Microfinance bank.
Must understand customer relationship management (CRM) with a good network of clients in Lagos
Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
Ability to work well with others and lead a team
Must graduate from any higher institution in Nigeria with a minimum of second-class lower or upper credit.
