Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing/Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining a strong company image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities.
  • Identify areas for increased profitability.
  • Understand customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Cultivate key relationships with staff in client companies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a microfinance bank.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide strategic solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from a Nigerian higher institution with a minimum of second-class lower or upper credit.
