Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, Closing sales, managing and resolving conflicts, conducting follow-up calls, and identifying opportunities to upsell services.

Other responsibilities include:

-Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to attract new clients
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
-Handle sales objections and close sales deals
-Providing clients with accurate and timely information on our services, policies, and processes
-Ensuring client satisfaction through quality assurance and control measures
-Handling complaints and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
-Communicating with clients via text, chats, email and calls.


Qualifications:

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience in telemarketing, cold-calling and getting new clients into the pipeline
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
-Customer service orientation, with experience in sales
-Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
-Knowledge of immigration, education, or settlement services is a plus
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
-Experience in sales, account management, or related fields is preferred.
