We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Lifespring Technology. With a passion for sales and a strong work ethic, you will have the opportunity to generate new business leads, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • IDentifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting sales meetings and presentations
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment
  • A proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

We offer a competitive commission structure of 10% of sales revenue, unlimited earning potential, ongoing training and support, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $100,000 based on performance and location.
