Role Summary
Alpha Global is hiring a skilled AI / Machine Learning Engineer to develop intelligent systems that power real-world business solutions. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models at scale. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of hands-on experience in production-level AI/ML engineering using cloud-native platforms and modern ML frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Mid-Level ML Engineer
Build, train, and deploy models for classification, clustering, regression, and recommendations
Work with data engineers to prepare datasets and pipelines for training
Tune models and monitor real-time performance in production
Deploy models using AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform
Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerized ML deployment
Document model design, training process, and testing outcomes
Conduct A/B testing and participate in retraining cycles
Senior ML Engineer
Lead architecture of AI/ML workflows and infrastructure
Optimize models for performance, interpretability, and scalability
Drive MLOps adoption with tools like Kubeflow and Airflow
Guide integration of AI services into broader systems and APIs
Explore advanced deep learning methods (e.g., Transformers, CNNs, NLP pipelines)
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing
Stay current on AI advancements and recommend innovation opportunities

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering
Proven track record of deploying ML models in production

Certifications (Preferred)
Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate

Technical Skills
Languages: Python (required), R (optional), Java/Scala (bonus)
ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn
Data Tools: Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark MLlib
Cloud Platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
Orchestration: Kubeflow, Apache Airflow

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning architectures
Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and deployment strategies
Knowledge of model interpretability and explainability tools
