Sales/Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager, experienced in the real estate space, to lead our sales and marketing teams, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative strategies to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and oversee marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
* Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
* Identify and explore new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company’s market share.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and overall departmental KPIs.
* Collaborate with product development and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and offerings.
* Manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
* Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the real estate space.
* Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
* Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
* Creativity and a proactive attitude toward solving problems and seizing opportunities.
