Job description
Duties & Responsibilities.

· Develop and recruit marine and protective coatings customers for the business.

· Generate orders by liaising with the sales planning team.

· Ensures that proper documentations are made in the processing of all Key Marine Customers Accounts orders.

· Monitors the performance of each customer and regularly advises management on actions to take, especially when there are deviations.

· Prepare monthly report that capture the entire performance of the marine segment of the business.

· Prepare and update the factory on outstanding orders to aid production planning.

· Attend and contribute at sales and regional meetings to solve urgent organizational process and people issues to achieve corporate objective.

· Provide timely reports and information to help strategic tactical decisions. –Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Summary

· Monitor and control the use of company’s resources.

· Make recommendations on the terms of trade for institutional customers and other marketing related expenditures.

Requirement

· BSc. Chemistry or Petroleum & Gas Engineering

· 6 Years’ working experience

· Highly motivated technical sales manager with proven performance record of sales and technical consulting in the highly competitive and technical segment of the Marine and Protective Coating Industry

· Great supervisory, planning, and organizational skills.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent leadership and team building skills

· Technical competence and goal getter
