Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
○ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
○ Create content calendars and posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
2. Content Creation and Management:
○ Plan, create, and oversee high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, and videos) that resonates with our audience.
○ Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce branded content.
3. Community Engagement:
○ Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
○ Build and nurture an online community by interacting with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
4. Analytics and Performance Tracking:
○ Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
○ Use insights to optimize campaigns, increase engagement, and grow the brand’s online presence.
5. Paid Advertising:
○ Plan and execute sponsored ad campaigns across social media platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
○ Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
6. Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
○ Coordinate with product development and sales teams for product launches and promotions.
7. Trends and Innovation:
○ Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
○ Experiment with new content formats and marketing techniques to drive engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience (3+ years) as a social media manager, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
