Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Auditing of daily sales from front office and f&b
• Reporting financial discrepancies
• Updating account payables
• Updating account receivables
• Reporting of POS end of day sales
• Reporting and banking of cash sales
• Reporting of petty cash inflow and outflow
• Dipensing of cash to payee as directed by the management
• Preparation of refund schedule for approval by the management
• Using microsoft excel to create or update standard reports to aid informed decision by management
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and service charge
• Liase with bank account officer to confirm payments
• Assist in getting departments requisition from the central store
• Updating of accounting software package with daily records


REQUIREMENTS:
• BSC/ HND in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in the same role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Certification is a bonus
• Proximity to location is key
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
