As a Senior Enterprise Business Director at Ascentech Service Limited, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Enterprise business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets for the Enterprise business. This includes managing a team to meet business goals, ensuring robust relationships with existing customers, and formulating quarterly and yearly business plans.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Key Account Management, sales in a B2B environment, and relationship building with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have experience handling teams of over 10 Key Account managers (KAMs) and a proven track record of negotiating orders in a B2B environment.

In this role, you will work closely with other functions to ensure timely delivery of services and post-sales handholding of customers. You will also be responsible for periodic training of the team and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in a Telecom company – Mobile/ISP – in a 4G LTE and FTTx environment
  • Strong Key Account management skills, including sales in a B2B environment and relationship building with key decision-makers
  • Ability to handle a team of over 10 Key Account managers (KAMs)
  • Demonstrable previous experience in Key Account Management within an ISP, Telecommunications, or IT (communications-related) Service Provider
  • Proven track record of negotiating orders in a B2B environment

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits that promote a healthy work-life balance.
