As a Marketing Executive and Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating new sales lead and building relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the company's brand image through effective promotional strategies and community engagement.
- Conducting property tours, explaining features, and providing necessary information to clients.
- Meeting with prospective buyers and understanding their property needs and financial capabilities.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Maintaining a database of potential and existing clients for follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
- Generate new sales leads and build relationships with customers
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company through proactive client engagement.
- Provide customers with product/service information and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
