Job Summary
BLAKSKILL LIMITED is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the domestic market and customer needs.

The successful Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging potential clients, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies and support clients through the purchasing process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
  • Implementing global sales targets by setting personal sales targets with line managers.
  • Evaluating sales results and creating sales reports for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, particularly in the domestic market.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is an added advantage.
