Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising production schedules and operations.

Coordinate with production supervisors, machine operators, and quality control staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor production output to ensure that products are produced on time and meet quality standards.

Help maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime by resolving technical or manpower issues.

Track production data and generate reports on performance, quality, and productivity.

Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on the shop floor.
