Job Description:
A dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Communications Manager to lead our marketing and communication efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer behavior, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.
Content and Communications:
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for the website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a clear and consistent communication strategy to effectively convey the company’s message to both internal and external audiences.
• Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and handling crisis communication when necessary.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to build brand presence, engage with the audience, and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing activities, campaign performance, and insights, along with recommendations for improvement.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
Customer Engagement:
• Customer Experience: Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring a positive and cohesive journey from awareness to purchase.
• Loyalty Programs: Design and implement customer loyalty programs to increase retention and encourage repeat purchases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing a marketing budget and optimizing spend based on performance.
• Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
