Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos; Apapa, Eti-Osa and Lagos Island
Industry: Automobile
Job Summary:
In this role you would be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a com-pany's clients or customers. You will act as the primary point of contact between the busi-ness and its customers and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maximiz-ing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers.
• Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and generating revenue for the company.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success.
• Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.
• Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their accounts and any rele-vant company news or product updates.
• Analysing sales data and creating reports to present to management.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services
Key Qualifications:
• BSc/HND degree
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage
• 6 months to 1 year of selling financial products, real estate, or as medical sales rep-resentatives.
• Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team.
• Only candidates that are in or around Apapa, Eti-Osa and Lagos Island would be con-sidered for this role.
