-Expand the branch customer base through the opening of new active customer accounts and activation of inactive accounts.
-Creation of quality risk assets.
-Ensure prompt repayment on due loans and keep the Portfolio At Risk (PAR) within the guiding internal threshold.
-Contribute to revenue and profitability through mobilization of low-cost deposits.
-Safeguard the fixed assets of the branch.
-Support advocacy and migration of customers to the digital platform and other automated channels.

REQUIREMENTS
-Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
-Must have 1-3 years experience in banking
-Analytical / Initiative Skills
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Customer-Centric
-Strong marketing and customer relationship skills.
-Strategic Orientation
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to work in a team(s).
-Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
-Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.

COMPETENCIES
-Good knowledge of the bank’s products, policies, and regulations.
-Computer literacy.
