The role of Business Development Manager (SME Loans) at BLAKSKILL LIMITED is a dynamic position that requires exceptional skills in loan structuring and processing. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

This role involves identifying prospective clients, offering customized loan solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. You will analyze client needs, profile and compile a database of individuals and companies within the target market, and facilitate cluster meetings to present loan services and drive conversions.

The key performance metrics for this role include achieving a monthly loan disbursement target of N50 million, completing four disbursed transactions per month, and identifying 10 clusters for presentations. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating 20 prospects monthly, securing referral leads, and maintaining a nil record of unresolved customer complaints.

To excel in this role, you must have a BSc in Marketing or a related discipline and a minimum of seven years of experience in a similar position. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as excellent relationship-building abilities, are essential. Experience in a financial institution is also highly desirable.
