
SME Business Development Executive

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager (SME Loans) to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As the ideal candidate, you will possess exceptional skills in loan acquisition and risk management. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, analyzing client needs, and presenting customized loan solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
The key responsibilities of this role include soliciting businesses, profiling and compiling a database of individuals and companies within the target market, and facilitating cluster meetings to present loan services and drive conversions. You will also be expected to achieve a monthly loan disbursement target of N50 million, complete four disbursed transactions per month, and identify 10 clusters for presentations. Additionally, you will generate 20 prospects monthly, secure referral leads, and maintain a nil record of unresolved customer complaints.
To excel in this role, you must have a BSc in Marketing or a related discipline and a minimum of seven years of experience in a similar position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent relationship-building abilities, are essential. Experience in a financial institution is highly desirable.
