We are currently recruiting for the position below:
JOB TITLE: COMMISSION SALES AGENTS
INDUSTRY: INSURANCE SECTOR
LOCATIONS:
LAGOS, ABUJA,KADUNA, ENUGU, PH,BENIN, IBADAN,
Salary is N70,800 plus HMO, Pension, 13 months, Commission plus other benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Minimum of 1 year Sales experience (Insurance sales an added advantage).
 Age not more than 35 years.
 Qualification BSc/HND/OND
 Terrain/location knowledge of minimum of 2 years is required.
 Ability to deliver INSTANT RESULTS is expected from all Applicants.
 Good communication skills are required.
 Applicant must be charismatic and must be able to display the existence of large customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products

• Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients

• Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy

• Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients after life-changing events

• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

• Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance

• Network with potential customers

• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs

• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed

• Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way
Salary is N70,800 plus HMO, Pension, 13 months, Commission plus other benefits.
