Job Summary:

The Digital Engagement and Sales Executive is a critical role in IBIC Holdings' expansion strategy. This position involves managing relationships with agents and corporate partners, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer engagement across digital channels.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents, corporate partners, influencers, and bloggers to drive sales and business growth.
  • Onboard new agents and corporate partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales activities with multiple agents to ensure consistency in promoting shortlet and restaurant services.
  • Ensure the sales team meets and exceeds booking and reservation targets across Nest Lagos.
  • Monitor and respond to Agent and Corporate Partner's feedback, inquiries, and reviews on digital platforms.
