What You’ll Do
● Lead quality strategy, policy, and compliance across all outlets and production units.
● Build and manage a high-performing QA & Production team, driving our “ENRICH” culture.
● Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, NAFDAC) and implement robust quality management systems.
● Partner with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to uphold brand consistency, reduce risk, and improve product performance.
● Act as the company’s quality ambassador, providing executive insight and actionable recommendations to leadership.

Who We’re Looking For
● Minimum 7 years in Quality Assurance in food/QSR/FMCG, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
● Proven track record of building and leading QA teams in fast-paced environments.
● Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, audits, and food safety certifications.
● Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
● Data-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
● Demonstrable business acumen and ability to connect KPIs to overall business objectives
