Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phone calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable at all times
Maintain a record of all visitors and clients who enter the building
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure that the office is well-maintained
Perform other duties as assigned by the management


Requirements and skills

. Bachelor's degree preferred
. 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
. Professional appearance and demeanor
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
. Problem-solving skills
. Customer service orientation
