Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the residential segment.

About the Role

The Residential Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  • Cold calling in designated coverage areas to generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Managing a funnel of hot, warm, and cold calls to maximize sales potential
  • Sending daily reports and updates to ASM/FBB Head as required
  • Conducting sales meetings with clients at their premises or homes
  • Following up with leads on a daily basis to generate sales
  • Liaising with the Customer Care team to resolve customer complaints and recharging issues
  • Developing, building, and managing a client base for repeat sales and references
  • Handling the sales process from prospecting to product description to CAF sign-up with payment collection and installation
  • Meeting and building relationships with Facility Managers in Estates for marketing activities leading to Residential Sales initiatives
  • Prospecting new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email, WhatsApp, and networking events
  • Appointing SSA and building relationships with them to generate leads
  • Participating in trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote Residential Sales programs
  • Tracking competition in our service areas for their presence and tariff plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Direct sales experience from Telecom/ISP only
  • Required experience from any ISP or MVNO in Nigeria
  • Door-to-door, front-line, cold sales, and direct sales experience only
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Well-organized and detailed approach to work is an added advantage
  • Job changing should not be too frequent
  • Time management is key

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is NGN 1,500,000 - NGN 2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
